Quantum Assurance is an audit, accounting and advisory group that specialises in providing independent assurance advice and solutions for the control, efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.  The group has been operating successfully since 2005 and the Director has over 30 years’ professional audit experience.

Our core business is internal audit, accounting and related consulting services, particularly for State Government agencies and local government in Western Australia, companies and not-for-profit organisations.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients through delivering innovative and value-adding solutions to protect and improve our clients’ business.

Quantum Assurance is a practicing chartered accounting firm that meets the ;professional standards of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).

Personal information held by Quantum Assurance may include your name, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone numbers, email address, employer and occupation/position.  We also hold details of any services provided to you by Quantum Assurance.  If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you or your organisation require, or to maintain the high level of service provided to our clients.

Quantum Assurance collects information in a number of ways including:

• directly from you when we provide information by phone, email or in documents;
• from publicly available sources of information;
• from the organisations identified below under “When we disclose your personal information”;
• from our own records of how we use Quantum Assurance services; and
• when required to do so by Federal or State legislation.

Your personal information may be used in order to:

• provide the services you require;
• research and develop our services; and
• gain an understanding of your information and service needs in order to provide our services.

For the purposes set out above, we may disclose your information outside of Quantum Assurance.  The organisations which we may disclose information include:

• Outsourced providers associated to the services we provide to you, including:

                   - mailing services;

                   - billing services; and

                   - information technology services (data will only be stored at providers within Australia).

• Your representatives (e.g., authorised representatives, financial or legal advisors; and
• Government and regulatory authorities and other organisations, as required by law.

Quantum Assurance takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide.  That is why we recommend that you:

• Let us know if there are any errors in personal information; and
• Keep us up-to-date with changes to personal information such as your name and address.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.  If you would like to do so, please let us know.  For security reasons, you may be required to put your request in writing.  Quantum Assurance reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
